Harish MhaiskarHead- Procurement
Harish Mhaiskar: Harish Mhaiskar is a seasoned procurement professional with over 32 years of experience in strategic sourcing, EPC procurement, supply chain management, and LNG value chain development. Since joining Essar in 2007, he has played a key role in leading centralized procurement operations and driving sourcing strategies for critical projects across the Steel, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure sectors. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed complex technology sourcing, led international negotiations, and delivered cost-efficient procurement solutions aligned with organizational growth and business objectives.

Bhupesh Sawantdesai CHRO
Mr. Bhupesh Sawantdesai is the CHRO at GreenLine Mobility Solutions Limited and subsidiary companies. He has more than 25 years of experience in the in strategic HR management across industries such as e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing. An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Bhupesh has excelled in roles at DP World, ElasticRun, DHL and Amazon India. His expertise includes strategic HR, organization effectiveness, change management, talent development, and compliance and employee relations. An alumnus of Delhi University (DU), with over 17 years of diverse experience, primarily within the Essar Group of companies, specializing in policy advocacy and corporate affairs.Since joining UGEL in 2020, has focused on strengthening corporate governance and developing policies that align with business objectives. Possesses extensive expertise in land acquisition within UGEL. Has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned corporate leaders in policy-making, driving transformative outcomes and elevating businesses to new heights.

Bhuban Sethi Head – Engineering
Mr Bhuban brings 44 years of expertise in designing and engineering equipment for the hydrocarbon industry. His career spans 27 years with Engineers India Limited (Heat & Mass Transfer Division), New Delhi, and 14 years with the Essar Group, including roles at Essar Oil Ltd., Essar Project (I) Ltd., AEGIS-Engineering, and Essar Ports Ltd. A specialist in thermal engineering, he has designed over 10,000 heat exchangers, 60 waste heat boilers and HRSGs, 30 preheat exchanger networks (using Pinch Technology), 20 fired heaters, and 18 vacuum ejector systems for refineries, petrochemical, and fertilizer industries globally. He has also trained engineers at Essar Oil (Nayara Refinery), Engineers India Ltd., HPCL Vizag Refinery, and Tabriz Petrochemical Complex in Iran. Mr. Sethi’s expertise is enhanced by extensive on-the-job training with Oschatz GmbH, Germany, and HTRI, USA.

Vijay VisputeHead – O&M
29 years of rich experience in managing commissioning and operations in petrochemical plants in India and overseas, projects and asset management of Oil and Gas blocks in India . Prior to this role, he has worked with Essar Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Ltd, Thirumalai Chemicals Limited (Malaysia), STPC- Bandar Imam (Iran), Reliance Industries Limited, and Finolex industries Limited. His work life has given him an immense understanding and empathy for environment. He spends considerable part of his personal time helping various agencies with their green initiatives.

Jitender BalakrishnanIndependent Director
Jitender Balakrishnan is a Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Madras University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Bombay University. He has been an Advisor to various Corporate Groups and an Independent Director on the Boards of Companies engaged in Steel, Power, Petro-chemicals, Telecom, Fertilizer Sectors, besides Insurance, NBFC and Private Equity. He has also served on the Board of Directors of a Commercial Bank, Housing Finance Company, Asset Management Company, Securities Depository, Asset Reconstruction Company, and State Financial Institutions. In the Private Sector he served/serves on Boards of Companies among others the Aditya Birla Group, Sunil Bharti Mittal group and Tata Group. Besides he is also a Chairman/Member of various Committees of these Boards. Earlier between April 2006 and May 2009, he was a Whole time Director on the Board of IDBI Bank Ltd designated as Deputy Managing Director and Group Head Corporate Banking, Investments, Sourcing and Debt Syndication. During 2010-15 he was also a Member of the Corporate Centre for Policy and Strategy of a large Indian Group engaged in Oil & gas, Refinery, Infrastructure and Metals & Mining

Sharvari Prabhu CFO
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), having more than 17 years of rich experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Due Diligence, Fund raising and Business Strategy. Sharvari Started her career with KPMG where she has worked with PE and Corporate clients on large deals. Post KPMG, she moved on to Asia Motor Works and Aditya Birla Group where she was closely working in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy verticals. At Ultra Gas and Energy, she heads the Finance and Accounts functions.

Raj Kishore SinghNon-Executive Director
Mr. Raj Kishore Singh has occupied board level position of Chairman & Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and has also been on the board of ONGC as Independent Director. Recognized as a visionary and subject matter expert in all aspects of the Oil & Gas Business, he initiated BPCL into petrochemical business apart from making forays in upstream segment. Under his leadership, BPCL acquired oil and gas blocks in Brazil, Mozambique and many other countries. Post retirement, he is currently providing consultancy and advisory services to Essar Oil group of companies. He is B. Tech Honours from Banaras Hindu University

Maqsood Shaikh MD & CEO
An engineering graduate & IIM-C alumni with 27 years of experience in Utility Management & Natural Gas marketing, including business development and regulations. Prior to Ultra Gas & Energy, he was associated with Gujarat Gas, Schlumberger and ABB. He is a certified ornithologist and a life time member of Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS). He is also an ardent wild life photographer for over 18 years.
